I rang both E Careers and ICB this morning and was told by ICB that my exam had not been booked but that I couldnt do it direct because it had to go though E Careers. After speaking to to ICB ,I rang E Careers who told me that it will be available by the end of the month because of syllabus changes. I requested my booking on the 28th February and have had several different stories from E Careers as to why I;ve not been able to take the exam yet. I did try complaining to the ICB about the service from the provider but was told to complain to them. I do not see how this is helpful. My aim was not for the ICB to sort the issue out as I firmly beleive the fault is with E Careers but I did want the ICB to know what their members are being subjected to. I took to the forum as a last resort as I am getting nowhere with this.
