As you can see I am a part qualified accountant with 9 years of hands on experience. This awarding body has given me an exposure in understanding the purpose, principles and provided me with a theoretical knowledge which I use in my day to day duties.
Contrary to my education I have enhanced my theoretical knowledge in a practical setting when working for multiple accounting firms like working in a practice firm as a Management Accountant currently. The main responsibilities I carry out are the Preparation of annual accounts for companies and sole traders from the respective software and core book records. Adjustments for accruals, prepayments, accrued & deferred income and intercompany journals, calculation and submission of VAT returns on Sage and assisting clients with HMRC related tasks.
My purpose behind accounting is to have the visibility of the end to end process and I believe this role will provide me with a complete exposure to enhance my ability to overcome any challenges. I believe I am an enthusiastic individual who has a thrive to excel my skills in accordance with the company’s regulations. I am also resilient and passionate who seeks new opportunities and delivers the best outcome to any given situation under different circumstances.
