The new membership structure, which came into effect on 1st October 2011, changed the entry requirements for ICB membership.
Minimum requirement for Associate Member:
Level I Certificate in Basic Bookkeeping
Level II Certificate in Manual Bookkeeping
Level II Certificate in Computerised Bookkeeping
Minimum requirement for Member, Certified Bookkeeper:
Level I Certificate in Basic Bookkeeping
Level II Certificate in Manual Bookkeeping
Level II Certificate in Computerised Bookkeeping
Level III Diploma in Manual Bookkeeping
Level III Diploma in Computerised Bookkeeping
M-Day on 30th September 2011 was the last day ICB offered the grade of Associate Member or Member to an individual who had not completed the above qualifications.
Exisiting members were asked to complete their remaining qualifications by this date also. If you were unable to achieve your remaining qualification by this date and have any concerns, please contact ICB on 0845 060 2345.
