Last month's newsletter featured an article about Google initiative, Get British Business Online, which is providing free websites and easy to use templates for start-ups in this country. The ICB has always recommended that Practice Licence holders set themselves up with some form of online presence. It seems that clients these days would much sooner have a quick anonymous poke around your website than pick up the phone to call you to find out which services you can offer.
With this in mind we hereby publish the first of our Websites of the Month, a showcase of our favourite of the various websites submitted for approval by ICB members. All ICB members are required to submit proofs of advertising, stationery and websites so that we can ensure that they comply with ICB and legal regulations. If you are using the ICB crest on your website, please ensure that it links to the main ICB homepage.
Our first Website of the Month is home to Angela Wilson Bookkeeping, run by Mrs Angela Wilson AICB CB.Cert PM.Dip. Mrs Wilson has been a holder of the Practice Licence since 2002 and has long since hoped to build her own website. With the help of web designers, Nativebrand, Angela Wilson Bookkeeping has really arrived in the digital age with this simple, stylish and professional looking website.
Angela Wilson is an Associate Member with the designatory letters CB.Cert PM.Dip meaning that she has passed both manual and computerised bookkeeping examinations at Level II, as well as her payroll qualification at Level III.
If you would like to submit your website for inclusion in a future Website of the Month, please email us a link.
