Study Corner: Working Capital Control

ICB director of education, Dr Philip E Dunn, provides this instructive text on Working Capital Control.

Bookkeepers in both practice and employment are often called upon to advise their clients or employers on their working capital structures. This short article examines the elements of working capital and the way in which they are subject to internal control procedures so that working capital is maintained at a level appropriate to the needs of the business.

If there is anything you would particularly like to see covered in future issues of InVOICE, please email your suggestions.
