Many industries have had to face huge changes in the way they operate and it runs far deeper than simply the change to cloud technology. It’s all about business innovation and transformation. Jayne Wiltshire of JRW Consulting is a specialist software consultant, advising small businesses and setting up systems for all types of software from CRM to Accounting products. Prior to setting up her own business, she has worked for companies such as Sage, IBM, and British Standards. Jayne will have a look at other industries and how changes have affected their day to day business in a positive way and how those changes have affected us personally. We can then apply the outcomes to the practice of bookkeeping to see how we can adapt and grow in the light of the huge change facing us all.
