Information

ICB Branch Chair Sue Rose, has invited Tricia Neal of MacIntyre Hudson - one of the top 20 chartered accountancy firms in the UK - to come and discuss the advantages and disadvantages of being a Sole Trader Vs a Limited Company. This issue has been raised by many of you in the past, and we hope you will be able to attend this special Branch Meeting to answer your queries.

Tricia will be talking about the impact on profit extraction, salary, dividends and pensions in this relaxed morning meeting. Everyone, from student through to fellow is encouraged to attend; we can all benefit from the important information that will be shared over a friendly cup of tea or coffee.

As this topic has been brought up by many in the area, we recommend booking a space in advance to avoid disappointment.

Let’s start the year as we wish to continue; building ourselves and our futures - don’t forget; “We are not just bookkeepers, we’re ICB Bookkeepers”

ICB Branch meetings are organised by members for members.
