| Where To Study
The Institute of Certified Bookkeepers is an awarding body that sets and marks examinations in bookkeeping and provides professional support to qualified bookkeepers who continue on as members.
ICB itself does not provide courses of study and as such has accredited a selection of courses which meet ICB standards and may equip candidates to successfully complete ICB qualifications.

ICB recommends that qualifications are achieved in both practical bookkeeping and bookkeeping using a software package up to at least Level II standard. Students who reach Level II proficiency in both manual and computerised bookkeeping are at Associate Member standard and students who achieve Level III proficiency in manual and computerised bookkeeping are at full Member standard.

Intensive Training/Fast Track
A selection of intensive bookkeeping courses if time is of the essence or you just need a quick refresher.
Textbooks
For self study without the aid of a tutor. Also useful for working bookkeepers who want a reference guide or a refresher study before taking the examinations.
I want to study at home:
Many students choose to study at home (distance learning). This gives you the freedom to choose when you study, and enables you to work around your job or children. Most distance learning courses are supported by a telephone tutor.
If you would prefer not to study by distance learning, attending a college may be better for you. There you will receive face to face tutoring usualy in small classes.
I want to study online:
All the flexibility of a home-based course but you can study wherever you have internet connection.
