It's official folks, I've slowly being going from bad to worse over the past few weeks and today I can't get my head together at all.

Possibly in anticipation of tonight's CPD in Glasgow.

This isn't any good when you are in practice is it?

I have three choices - catch up on some sleep, bash on with some data input or do some filing.

Ever found yourself in the same position?

Hi Liz

My brain sometimes does not even enter the building .  I have been know to walk into my office and forget what I wanted to do and have been side track many a time.    My accuse is that I am thinking about a solution works with most people and sometimes I am.   Sometimes I can solve the whole world in 10 mins.    My son says I have a memory of 5 seconds.

Everyday I lose my keys to lock the office and my house.  That takes about 15 mins.   My family are amazed that some of my clients have given me their spare keys in case of an emergency.

I use Voice message on my iphone to remind of conversations and meetings.    Its not just work .   I often have friends turn up at my house for coffee and completely forgotten I had arranged it.    I like it though as it feels nice when someone pops by.

I am organized though otherwise and I do have a system to deal with this .
