Hi,

Again this might sound daft but I have an old Version 12 package of Sage Instant Accounts, which I am training on however my concern is that you can only set up one business on it (which I have done with the senario business in my course material), so my questions are: -

1. Is this version going to be suitable for taking the level two exam in the first place and;

2. Does the Level two exam expect you to set up a new business from scratch or just require you to prepare/produce information based on what you already have set up?

Hello Tina,

sage instants is more than capable of doing the level ii exam, I have just completed the level iii exam on sage instants.

You will need to start another company from scratch for the exam, which is easy enough you can do this through the maintenance tab, just remember to name your backups so you know what they relate to.

Unfortunately there is no multiple company options with sage instant accounts.

Great thanks for your help, so doing it through the maintenance tab will that clear all the previous company information and inputs etc allowing for a clean slate so to speak? T
