Letters..

Hi folks,

I am about to write to a couple of accountants and bookkeepers in my local area, introducing myself and of course offering my services.  Obviously I want to get it right, so does anybody have any dos and don'ts relating to the content of my letter?  Of course any other advice would also be very gratefully received too!

Many thanks

Phil

I would be very interested in this as I am also writing letters, looking for a good way to start Undecided

Phil

Personally I would not write a letter I would call them and try to arrange a meeting

If you do write do not quote a rate I would agree the rates on a job by job basis.

Best regards
Stuart

Hi Paula,

I have one client who has two companies, but I've know him for a few years so that kind of fell into my lap! Laughing

Otherwise no..I haven't really started marketing yet as I also work full-time, hoping to go fully self-employed by the end of the year if business picks up.

What about you?
