Hi,Does anyone have any knowledge of how to post the entries in SAGE when the company buys back shares? Ps: I was also wondering if there was a search option for forum topics that I am missing?Thank you,Lindsay
I got the answer from the accountant.In case anyone wants to know...It has to be processed as an expense (P&L) in the year that the shares are paid for. In the new year when the accounts are cleared, it goes off against the P&L account. Dr Expense accountCr Bank
