I've just started using this and apart from one odd difficulty I'm having, it seems an excellent product.  The problem?  Well my client has a different holiday year from tax year and I can't find a way to set the correct dates.  On the holiday set up screen, the only option is a month, if I try to enter a full date including year, its ignored, then deleted.  As a consequence it has re-jigged the holidays into 2012 !!
Any ideas anyone?
This seems a fairly fundamental thing to deal with, its common in loads of companies who have holiday years in line with accounts years etc.
Now I may be having a senior moment here, so I hope whoever explains what to do is gentle with this barmy old soul.
By the way, attempts to contact Moneysoft at 4.30pm on the day before a serious Royal event got me  recisely nowhere. Frown
