P35 - P11d statement

I have a further query in respect of the submission of the p35 - I am not sure at this stage whether a P11D will be required for my clients  - the P35 requests that you declare whether one is due or not. Therefore not sure how I should answer this question  - if I state that a P11D is not due and subsequently one does need to be submitted are there any repercussions for what could be seen as an erroneous statement on the P35?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks

Love the payroll advice how long have you been a pm.dip as the forum only lists you as an associate.

We seem to go over this time and time again you should not be advising people how to carry out functions that you are not qualified to carry out!!!

If you are a pm.dip Adrian please accept my apologies and ask James to update you forum profile.

And for the record you should not fill in the P35 as Adrian has suggested check whether or not anyone on the payroll is receiving benefits in kind.

Remember you sign to say what you are putting on the form is true how can you do that if you don't know that would be a false declaration to HMRC.

Kind regards
Stuart

Are you even qualified to be doing this be doing this?

If not you are breaching the ICB rules and the terms of you practice licence and we will not even go into the PI insurance!!

Kind regards
Stuart
