Firstly, is it a company vehicle or business use of a private vehicle?
If a company vehicle then the tyres would be a direct expense as would the fuel.
If it's business use of a private vehicle, it would depend on the type of vehicle (car/van/motorbike/bicycle).
Could you be more specific please.
