Hello

Who is going to ICB summit on 13 October?

I am , but i am confused with accomodation.

Is any one know any good acomodation with easy acces to Queen Elizabeth II Conference Centre?

I looked on some prices and seems that they are qiute high.

Please let share information where can be the best place to stay.

Kind Regards

Hi Simon

Im not actually going this year unfortunately, but when I went last year i stayed at the travellodge for two nights Kingscross (the cheaper one), and I found it very good. Lovely meal on first night, plenty of coffee etc I dont think that the travellodge Maryabone is far from the centre but I could be wrong. Hope that helps

Kind regards and very besat wishes

“If you put in the conference centre and get the address then Google hotels close by -that's what I did and got in a premier inn-I'm sharing so price not too bad but there are lots come up in the proximity of the centre within a sensible price range”

 Thank you

Hi Simon

The ICB has listed hotels near the conference centre on the summit page. I am staying the westminister Bridge Crowne plaza . However the underground service is good in London so you don,t need to be right beside westminster.  Easyjet hotels are a good price.   Use your ICB benefits to save on your hotel.  I usually get about £50 quid off each year if you use it well.

Hi Simon

The Premier Inn's are good

London Wembley is about a 20 to 30 min tube journey, but being outside the city centre is pretty reasonable on the Sunday night at £68 and the Monday night at £88. They have parking too, for £5 per £24 hours, if you are going down in your car. It's right outside of Wembley tube station and would be ideal for leaving the car at the hotel and going into London on the tube. 1 of our Shorpshire members are staying at this hotel.

Another 2 members from the Shropshire team are staying at the Premier Inn London Waterloo (Westminster Bridge). This is about 10 minutes walking distance from the Conference Centre. Its more expensive at £113 for the Sunday night and £169 for the Monday night, but still reasonable price for London I think.

Hope that helps
