Hi

ICB are not responding to my emails and I have had my Sage One account suspended because I have not signed a direct debit for the new Sage Accounting service. Neither Sage nor ICB let me know neither that I needed to do this and nor that the account was about to expire. Does anyone know how I get the right direct debit details and where I do the signing up please!!?

Also sorry does anyone know also whether there is a contract period or if it's pay as you go or 30 day notice?

It is pay as you go. There is no contract.  I set mine up via the telephone, so no problems for me.

I signed up for the 99p deal the last time it came round, i had the accounts for about a month (trial period), then it disappeared, i still have the dashboard but that is all, when i tried to sort out the directory it all went pear shaped, i have kept the dashboard so far as I do get the info and dashboard, but do fear im paying £1.19 (with vat) a month for very little, I wonder if i would be able to transfer to the new offer (which should have been what i had)?

 Dear Iainy,

I am sure you are eligable for the new offer.

If you would like to set up your account please use the telephone number quoted earlier. Alternatively please feel free to contact ICB on 0207 398 4440 and speak to myself, and I will be happy to pass your details onto Sage to get your subscription transferred.

Hi

I have had this deal for some time (99p per month) but now I have suddenly had a bill for £24 with no warning and no opportunity to cancel.

I have spoken to Sage but the person did not know about the deal and could not find anyone to ask.  He is going to ring me back so I wait in hope of a refund of this charge.

Do I need to re-enter a new promo code?

 Hi Elspeth,

There is no need to re-enter a promo code for this offer.

I apologise that the representative you spoke to was unable to help you, but I am sure they will get back to you with the correct information.

Hello

Is this offer still open to ICB members? I tried your link above but it takes me to a generic Sage-Exchange webpage.

Thanks in advance.

Dean
