Hi,

Hoping someone might be able to help.

I have the trial Sage 50 account 180 day trial as part of my course with openstudy college to complete ICB level 2. I completed with 60+ days to use so carried on using the disc for level 3 but as this ran out i changed over to the new sage disc provided with the open study college but after installing the disc it still says i have no days left to use... Waiting on a reply from the college but am concerned that i can use only one sage disc per computer..

Any advise or assistance would be appreciated!

Hi there 

I had to get a new disc which I installed in the same computer as the original disc. I'm not very computer literate but have you tried uninstalling it the reinstalling it? If that doesn't work just contact your course provider. It may be the disc is faulty.
