Hi I am just completing Level 2 and I am currently training with Training Link.

Eventhough I am happy with them I am looking at continuimg to Level 3 with a different traing providor as training link is a bit above my budget at the moment.

Ideal school is offering Level 3 at a much lower price. Can anyone tell me their expereince with Ideal school? Are the tutors good? What is the average comeback time? Are the assingments they give helpful to preparing for the examinations?

Can anyone help me with this?

Probably the best training company for ICB courses. I did (old) Level 1 - 4 with them. Excellent I would say.

Speak to Brian at Ideal School, he will help you.

Tutors are excellent, and average come back is within a day, but generally much quicker. Their course material is very good and generally if you follow it, there is little you need to contact the tutor for.

That's been my experience, I can't comment for others here.

I can't recommend Ideal Schools highly enough.  The standard of their teaching is brilliant and I felt really confident in the knowledge I had gained when I passed my exam.  4 years on I have no regrets.

Hi, I am with Ideal Schools, just started the computerised bookkeeping at level 2, so working towards B3, and they are superb!  Can't do enough for their students, and of course achieve excellent results.

I did old syllabus level 1 with Training Link.  They, too, are very good but I have to say that the helpful friendliness and support network at Ideal is second to none.  Can't praise them highly enough.  :)  As has been said, contact Brian at Ideal to ask any questions you may have.

Best of luck!

Hi

As moderator just for the sake of fairness.  Can I suggest you contact Training Link and Ideal Schools by phone to discuss  prices as it may be the case that various packages and deals are provided by both providers.    The statement  that training link is more expensive may or may not be true but like all online offerings ,it may not be the full picture.   Both companies are excellent providers.

Kind Regards

Sarah

I know this is an older post but as a matter of interest I was comparing the cost of the two providers. I am looking to do the Payroll course.  Ideal school don't show the cost of the exam so they look cheaper but at the end of the day if you choose to pay in installments Training Link is only £35 more expensive and they also put more affordable payment plan together.

Training link is £49 upfront with 12 installments of £36.75 = £490. (if you can pay all upfront it will only set you back £445)

Ideal school is £139 upfront (if you pay for the exam upfront) and 5 installments of £64 = £455. I have been up and down about which provider to choose but have decided to pay the £35 extra but to allow me to spread the payments a little .

Hi Tiamaria,

I have undergone training with both providers and can certainly say the support provided by each of them is second to none.

I did my Payroll course with Training Link and what won me over was the fact that you could obtain Sage payroll certification at beginner and intermdiate level so essentially you get three qualifications for the price of one.
