Help me, there is no option on the submission page to select a file, only to upload which obviously doesn't work if you haven't selected a file. I've been trying since midday, am I missing something?

I've tried calling, emailing and sending message on facebook to ICB for assistance and can't contact anyone, I could give birth any day now and just wanted to get it all submitted so I could forget about it. I really didn't need this additional stress, trying to upload my reports and contact ICB have been harder then the exam.

I have just done mine and it came up on the screen to uplaod zip file. There are some instructions whcih you need to follow, (stage 2) as i think you need to submit and tnen upload, from what i remember...

Just found old instructions...it says log into my icb and go into 'take pre booked test' section again. On RH of screen you wil see a submit button. DO NOT CLICK SUBMIT until you are ready to complete your 'own work declaration' and end your assessment. You will see a link called 'upload files'. click on this and browse for your zipped file (which should have been named properly). Then follow the steps

If you still have trouble uploading it may be a glitch with the ICB website.  I did my B3 exam last week and had to email the zip folder for them to attach to my paper as there was no link to upload it myself.

I've now also done the BA4 paper and the upload link is really obvious when there so sounds like it may still be problems on ICB's side.

You should give them a call and check if you need to email it.

Thanks for your replies, this is the page I get with no where to select my file. Unless I am missing something?

I'll try and call them tomorrow If i've had no luck by then.

dont you click on the upload button at the bottom and it should then bring up your explorer page for you to choose file? It says in red to chose a file. You have saved all your reports in a zip folder haven't you?

This happened to me yesterday evening too. I had to log out & log back in & then the "Browse" button (or "select file" button they mention in the instructions) appears..then I was able to upload the zip file & go through to the next declaration screen.

On the "Important Information"'sheet, it mentions going back in to get to stage 2..took me a while to realise that you had to come out to go back in again.

Thank you, I logged on this moring and the browse button was there first time so it must have been a website issue.
