Hi,
I am doing my first payroll run after auto enrolment. I have established that the employee's contribution from a staff member is £2.35.
Do I take her Gross Pay, deduct the £2.35, then calculate PAYE and NI in the normal way OR
Do I deduct the £2.35 from her net pay?
Hoping for a quick answer on this.
