Hi all,

Does anyone know if the ICB accept answers using the table method as well as exact?

I was working my way through a mock exam and realised the NI was wrong compared to the answers. The answers given are from sage one which uses the exact method and I'm using Sage 50 Payroll which uses the table method.

Will I fail my exam if I submit using table method or do the ICB account for the descrepency when marking the exam?

ICB will accept both in the actual paper. There is a range that is acceptable depending on the software chosen which is why we ask you to say which package you have used.
