Hello Members,
I work in a dental practice. Recently the practice has entered into the Lease contract with a company . The value of Invoice is around £200 K and Vector finance is financing it (5 years repayment). Could someone please suggest what will be the best way to account for it.
Can I capitalize assets or monthly rental will be appropriate to account for it.
