Does anyone have any experience of attaching a CRM package to Xero. We have been thinking about Salesforce and SugarCRM, but would appreciate anyone's thoughts

I currently use Capsule CRM, which I love. I know this integrates with Xero, but haven't experienced it yet. I am planning to utilise the integration when I move our accounts from QuickBooks.
