Please can somebody advise :-) My collegue and I are currenty in the process of setting up our own company with a view of eventually taking on our own clients. We are both currently employed, do we have to advise our employer of our intentions as we will both need to continue with our jobs unitl we are up and running? Also will this affect our tax does at all?
Any help would be great.
