I have a client who purchases software from Amazon on a monthly basis, the cost of which includes US Sales Tax.
They have asked me to look in to how they can obtain an exemption certificate, however from my initial searches, it looks as though I may need to get a US tax specialist involved.
Has anyone had experience of obtaining a certificate, and if so, did you manage it without engaging a tax specialist?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
