Am looking into setting up a Bookkeeping LLP with a friend but have had some recommendations to not go down this path! Is there anyone out there that is working in a partnership with someone? Does it work? Any advice on initial agreement of how to handle clients/work done/earnings? We would like to work on a monthly subscription type service rather than charge an hourly rate. I appreciate its a tricky one but just looking to see if anyone has experience in this?
