I just wondered if anyone could help and point me in the right direction, I use Sage 50 Payroll for all my clients, I have just set up a client for Auto-Enrolment, their pension provider is NEST, I acquired the client last year and they were using Sage One, I restored their data into Sage 50 Payroll and everything has been working alright, the problem I have is when I try and send the data using the Sage Pension Data Exchange direct to NEST, I am getting an error message that the RTI Payroll ID is the wrong format, this is because it has been restored from Sage One. This week I have spent over 8 hours on the telephone to Sage, HMRC & NEST and I am getting nowhere, has anyone experienced this problem? Any help and advise would be very much appreciated.
