I am having trouble trying to complete the above online. I have downloaded the lastest Acrobat Reader but I cannot seem to get access to the form, can anyone help please.

Normally it is done from HMRC PAYE account through FILE a RETURN link . You can use special softwares if you prefer which will cost money.
