Hi Andrea,
If there was a technical issue with the mock you should contact ICB directly and they'll inverstigate this for you. If it's appropriate, they may allow you to attempt the paper again....only they can confirm that.
Stick in and revise areas that you are not getting correct and, if you are with a training provider, lean on them for support to guide you through the areas you are struggling with.
