ICB Mock exams

Hi, just wondering whether anyone else has had problems loading the mock exams? I purchased a mock exam on the ICB shop on Friday, received an email to say that it is ready to take however when I have gone to do this today when i click on view it it says 'Authorisation failed'. on my order history it says processing. I have emailed ICB directly but just wondered whether anyone else had this problem until I hear from them.

Try on google chrome browser. I had the same problem.

Did you get this resolved? And if so what was the issue?

 

Have just had the same problem when trying to do my payroll exam this evening, very infuriating as I have a clear evening in which to do the exam now can't access the exam!

CryI have had the same problem since 2 pm this afternoon.  I rang ICB and they said I should use Google Chrome which I downloaded whilst on the phone to them.  I have had 3 emails to my gmail address with 3 different passwords to use.  I have tried all of them and get Authorisation Failed.  I am furious as my mother has just come out of hospital and I have now only one day to do mock exam!!  I never had this problem with the first mock....

Hi Sally,

Thanks for the reply it would seem a problem with ICB then. I have done several mocks and exams online with ICB over the past months and have never had a problem before.

Just infuriating, I have emailed them and will call them first thing in the morning as I will probalby have to take this exam tomorrow night now. I don't see why you couldn't get an extension to the time given it would seem to be a problem on ICB's side rather than yours.

Hi, yes I think it was a problem with ICB, after contacing them ICB added the other mock exam to my account and it worked through chrome. The original mock exam didn't work at all. I didn't have a problem with loading the actual exam and got 98% distinction. Well worth doing a mock exam first. Hope you all get it sorted soon. Good Luck :)
