This year I would like to try something a little different. I would like our branch to become a real support and motivation group for all of us, students and those setting up practice included. Our January meeting will a structured session to give us time to think about what we really want to achieve this year and how each one of us will go about it. It can be professional goals, it can be personal goals, or both. So goal setting and action plan will be one of the things we will go through.
We will also have a Branch Read for the first quarter. I have a book in mind for professional development and if you have read a business book you'd like to recommend, please bring it with you and we can choose one to start with.
Also we will discuss the topics we want to cover this year and speakers we would like to invite - so please bring your wish list!
I hope we will all start the year on a high. Look forward to seeing you all in a couple of weeks!
