1. I have a client who wants to claim interest tax relief on a loan that is secured against against a property he lets!
Is this possible?
Would the answer be different if he had a second mortgage on the above property?
2. I have another client who works away from home. He is employed and is on PAYE.
He rents a property near to where he works - Can he claim any tax relief on these payments?
