Hi.  I would like to go paperless - at least as much as possible.  I have done some research on products but would really like to see it in action.  Is there anyone in the Sussex/Surrey area that would let me shadow them for a few days to see how it all works in practise?

Hi

I think one of the reasons you haven't had a response is the worry that by allowing you to shadow them they would be breaching GDPR! You would not be an employee & we have to keep our client's information confidential!!

I suggest you go to your local branch meeting & ask if anyone can help you by showing you how they use their technology.

Auto Entry is good as it stores invoices (supplier & sales) & a copy is uploaded to whatever accounts program you use, so you don't need to keep the original invoices.

Thank you for your response Hazel.  I can see that could be a potential issue but would be happy to sign an NDA and would not record anyone's data.  I have used Autoentry but that is really only one part of the process and I woud like to take things further.
