Hi Everyone,
I've had an email to say that the tour is about to begin; however I haven't had any login details etc yet.
I'm sure I read that you'd get your login details before Inspire began but the email says that you should get them at 12pm so not sure which is correct.
Has anyone else received their Inspire Login details? Or is anyone else in the same position as me? :)

Hi,
I've had the same and just sent an email to them asking if it had started. It seems a bit silly to send something out an hour ahead and not include details in that email!
Hopefully we'll get further information soon

Still not received said login details. I am sure we will get them as soon as they can, hopefully just a small technical hitch.

I've just called them and they have said that the details have been sent out and they think that because of the high volume there have been delays in getting them received.
They also said that the whole series was prerecorded so we are not missing anything live! (I thought that was the point)
So keep an eye out for the email and apparently it will eventually arrive.

They have also just released a comment on their Facebook Page confirming so sounds like you may not have been the only one phoning!
As pre-recorded, I'm going to go and get some lunch while I wait for mine to come through :)

I haven't had the email yet either. Tried tweeting but no response. At least from this forum I know I'm not the only one ! If it's all recorded then why make us all book out a special time - better to just release it and avoid all this mess. What a waste of time !

Further update: has crashed 5 mins into Ethics presentation....
Update: e-mail arrived as i was typing message!! And a second one.
same here - i am just getting a message "please wait for the host to start this webinar"
I prefer to watch things live rather than on catch up so I'm going to just keep waiting

My access to the Inspire Tour has crashed completely and I can't even log out now. Will someone at ICB PLEASE sort this out and tell us what is going on. Capacity for multiple logins seems to be an issue and was not planned for ??

I thought it was going to be live, but it appears to be pre recorded. I tried opening the first topic and just got a blank video page.

This appears to be the exam platform they are using which locks you out once you have completed an exam - I can't seem to log back in have logged out. This is not a broadcast platform - Is this just me or is anyone else having this problem - lunch beckons I'm afraid !!!

Crashed for the fourth time - very frustrating as have to come out and go back in not knowing if it will work or not. Wouldn't mind if it was free, but..... it wasn't!!!

I have to agree. I haven't attended the Inspire Tour for a few years due to work commitments and not having a venue near me. I thought having it online would be easier. I guess not!

All seems to be working now! Not actually live but pre-recorded sessions, you should have an email from Rogo with log in details. Although they are having a live session this afternoon on ICB TV and will be talking in relation to the first two videos.

Worth phoning them perhaps? I didn't have any problem with that part of the process.

I agree - I thought the benefit was the live Q & A's. I'm still studying and haven't got a Practice Licence so can't even logon to the pages that show the forms for AML etc.
I would have asked for copies of these documents to be made available to either students and/or those on the Inspire Tour.

Hello,
I've tried to log into ROGO this evening to watch today's webinars. I'm not having any joy. Is anyone else experiencing problems or can recommend how to overcome this?

I've just tried to log in and I went straight in. We had lots of problems this afternoon with screens freezing etc presumab;y because everyone was trying to log on at the same time.
Did you get more than one email instruction to log on - if you did try the othe one with the different password.

Hi Elizabeth, I can see you've successfully logged into the Inspire Tour so I'm glad to see you managed to get it to work. Apologies for any delays or inconvenience.
There shouldn't be any more issues, but if anyone is having trouble logging in, please call our friendly team on 0203 405 4000 and we'll help you!
We were set back yesterday when our Inspire Tour platform crashed - we had over 1000 clicks on the Ethics for Bookkeepers session within teh space of a minute and it overwhelmed our servers! I'm sorry this happened and we should have anticipated such high demand. Luckily we were back up and running fairly quickly and we have also changed the way we stream the content to make the file sizes slightly smaller to cope with the demand.
I hope you enjoy the content, the Inspire Tour is packed full of really actionable insights and great technical information.
