Running payroll for temp staff of a recruitment agency

I may have the opportuntity to run payroll for a recruitment agency, which will include a minimal number of temporary staff. Most of the agency's workers work through an umbrella company but there are, occasionally, workers that are on the agency's books.

Is there anything different about running payroll for such workers? Is there anyone already running this type of payroll who would be willingly to help me?
