Hi, 

I have just completed the self-study texts for the Payroll Diploma and unsure of next steps.

The books make no reference to using an online package but from reading ICB guidance and forum posts this forms part of the exam.

I'd really appreciate any sight into the format of the exam and how you approached it, my intention is to sit a mock one first.

It's a long time since I did my payroll exam but it involved using software and downloading reports etc.  Best to give ICB member services a call and discuss with them.
