Does anyone use MyDocSafe or similar software? I'm looking to find a secure way to get information from clients and letter of engagement signed etc. I'm currently on a free trial with MyDocSafe but I'm really struggling to navigate it so wondered if anyone on here has experience using it and can vouch that it does get easier once you get to know it. I do email Daniel at MyDocSafe when I am stuck and he is very good at getting straight back to me and sorting it out for me but it would be nice if I could work my way around it by myself.
I did a free trial back in August of SmartVault but the software wasn't relevent to me then however I'm now finding I need a way to transfer documents to clients. I can't quite remember now though how smartvault compares.
Any advice would be much apprecieated.
I also tried MyDocSafe and didn't get on with it. I now use AccountancyManager, which has the client portal, e-signing, secure storage and so much more as it's a complete practice management software. You can usually get a free trial.
