Hi,

I have been asked to do the payroll for my local Parish Council of 3 employees. My question is do

Do Local Parish COuncillors come under the polictical exposed banner?

Who do I my check with? The clark and/or head of the council or something else?

Check this link from The Law Society, I don't think a local councillor would come under the PEP regime.
