I am considering moving my practice from being a sole trader to a Ltd Company. I am looking for advice on the practicalities of doing this from an ICB/AML licensing perspective - are my details just updated or do I need to apply for a new license? From HMRC agent perspective again will they just update my details or do I have to apply for a new license? I know I will have to update my clients, Letters of Engagement, invoicing etc.
Just weighing up how much work it will be. Any advice from anyone who has done this would be greatly appreciated.
