Join us at the next Cambridgeshire Branch Meeting where we will be visited by Claire Packham, FICB, to discuss how checklists can help us run a successful bookkeeping practice and keep control of our workflow.
We will share examples of Checklists we use in our own practices for a variety of tasks such as:
- Setting up our Practice
- Regular routines
- Client interviews
- Onboarding new clients
- Offboarding clients
- Monthly bookkeeping tasks for clients
- Year end tasks
We would love to hear from any of you who have your own checklists you’d like to bring along and share with us too.
