For this month's discussion, we will be joined by Claire Allen C.FICB who will be giving a talk on ‘Client Onboarding and Letters of Engagement’.
We will be looking at the steps required when engaging new clients and in particular covering the MLR requirements as well as constructing your letter of engagement.
