If you are on the same wavelength as someone else, communication is incredibly easy. If the wavelength is different, communication can very quickly become fraught. Can this be minimised? Yes, it can.
This workshop is presented by Dr Christine Butenuth of First Steps Ltd, a Chartered Geologist with a degree in Maths and Stats, MBTI practitioner and currently is an ICB student. Dr Butenuth will illustrate how your own personality shines through everything you do, and how to mitigate challenges created by it when dealing with different personalities.
The workshop will introduce the sixteen types of personality that are recognised in the MBTI framework.
This will be invaluable in helping you deal with all types of clients effectively.
