We will be joined by the ICB’s Intelligence and Investigations Officer, Nicky Bradley, to present us with the reasons that as professionals dealing with businesses, we need to carry out AML checks on those businesses.
She will guide us on the risk of money laundering taking place within the business environment.
Please have your questions ready, however trivial you may believe them to be. If you are questioning why we must do AML checks, others may be questioning it too.
