In a late change to the schedule, the May meeting will now be an informal workshop on business strategy: ranging from start-up practices, to growing our business, through to exit planning.
Looking at choosing a niche (or not) at defining visions & goals, at how optimising technology stacks is an integral part of business strategy, and at the resources available to help us on our journey.
We will reschedule our AML & PCR workshop for later this year, so watch this space.
Can’t attend these onsite meetings? Don’t worry, as we will still be meeting via Zoom several times throughout the year.
