In June we will stick with the theme of Business Continuity and delve a bit deeper into the BCP – Business Continuity Plan.
A BCP should take into consideration anything that threatens the normal functioning of a business, be it a pandemic (!), a cyber-attack, equipment failure, a natural disaster, illness, industry changes, etc.
We’ll look at the steps required to develop the BCP, how to document and store it, and the resources that are available to help us.
