Hello,

I'm currently doing bank recs etc for a client for the last financial year, using QBO.  A bank update has been done in the last few days but no transactions have imported between 20/4 and 15/6, even though there were lots.  Has anyone seen this from QBO before or has any idea what may have caused this.  It has imported transactions after 15/6 with no problems as far as I can see.

Hi Jane,

I don't know why the gap, but you can import the transactions manually from a csv file to overcome it.

I have seen something like this before. I have a client that I had to
import a lot of historical data. QBO would only import a number of month
of data so everything before a certain data was missing.

In this case I think it was a restriction of the bank feed and bank
themselves. So anything before the cut off date I had to import via CSV,
