Hi,
I am after a bit of advice. I passed my payroll exams about 5 years ago (only just) and after taking almost a year to find a payroll job i managed to find a job i love.
The payroll is very basic with small amounts and i have not only coped but understood it.
However, i have now been promoted to payroll manager and now have to deal with directors pay etc and feel i am slightly out of my depth as i only did this on my original course.
So is it worth retaking the course? I dont think there is such a thing as a refresher course?
I still struggle with calculating NI manually (on paper not using tax tables, but im almost a pro at Tax  )
