I'm mid L3 and just wanted to share a tip that's helped me immensely in studying. Buy a notebook and as you're studying write things in the book in your own words. I've found it increases my ability to absorb the information because I'm thinking it through as I'm writing it, and it's increased my understanding because I've had to think of how to write it in my own words. It's also given me reference material to look back on that I fully understand.
