Employees get bonus equivalent to one twelfth of their annual pay. Min wage rate that is in force on 6/4/16

 

min wage (apprentice rate) based on 40 hrs per week

 

I cannot get my answer to match what is printed and I cant figure out why?

Can anyone help please?

Say apprentice rate is £3.30 per hour:

3.30 @ 40 hours @ 52 weeks is £6, 864 per annum;

£6, 864 / 12 is £572- this is your answer.
